WARRANTY POLICY |
The SideKick scanner comes with a standard 90-day warranty.
Should you wish to purchase an additional warranty, you may do so at checkout or by calling our customer service center at 888.9.SideKick.
Extended Warranties
One-year extended warranty is $39. Two-year warranty is $59.
What’s included in our warranty?
- Parts and labor- any repair work must be approved by a technical support representative. Call 888.9.SideKick for repair approval.
- Shipment of scanner back to owner- However, the owner of the scanner is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with sending the scanner to our Seattle location for repairs.
As with all Apperson products, there is no charge for technical support via online chat or telephone for your SideKick scanner or DataLink software.
